In the heart of the Kumaon Himalayas, where whispering pines meet ancient trails and the mountain breeze carries stories of centuries past, Manivedya was born.
Nestled amidst the untouched wilderness of Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand, Manivedya – The Jungle Trail Resort emerged in 2025 from a dream to reconnect people with nature, silence, and themselves.
The name Manivedya is inspired by ancient Sanskrit – “Mani” (gem) and “Vedya” (knowledge or experience) – a sacred space where guests don’t just stay, they discover. Whether it’s the brilliance of a sunrise slipping through oak leaves or the thrill of a hidden jungle trail, every moment here is a gem of awareness and serenity.
Created by nature-lovers and eco-conscious dreamers, the resort is more than a destination – it’s an invitation to pause, to wander mindfully through cedar-scented forests, to listen to the call of birds rather than the buzz of notifications.

Manivedya was born from that moment.
